Delivery of large Christmas trees is a specialist job and requires careful handling & delivery expertise. Our experience allows us to provide the right delivery service for large Christmas trees throughout the UK.

10ft -12ft Trees

All 2009 prices include free mainland UK delivery on our standard “PREFERRED DATE” delivery service for trees 10ft – 12ft:

Place your order online or speak to one of our team over the telephone
Select a suitable delivery date to receive your tree
Most trees arrive on the day you have selected; however, this cannot be a guaranteed service.
To guarantee delivery of 10ft-12ft trees for a specific date there is a £35.00 delivery charge. See terms & conditions below.*
You do not have to be present to receive the tree on delivery
However, if you order a tree taller than 12ft you are automatically upgraded to our guaranteed service detailed below.

13ft – 20ft Trees

All trees over 13ft are go via our GUARANTEED DATE DELIVERY service. This service is FREE on all trees 13ft and over as detailed below:
Simply place your order online or over the telephone
Select a suitable delivery date
We Will Then Freshly Cut, Net And Despatch Your Tree The Day Before Delivery

You will receive a reminder text message the day before delivery
We will call shortly before delivery to check the time is convenient for you.
Your Tree Will Be Delivered on Your Chosen Date
You will need to be there to receive the tree
Our Two Man Delivery Team Will Deliver Your Tree To Your Chosen Room*
They will then leave you to erect and decorate your fresh cut real tree!
This service can also be provided on 10ft and 12ft trees for an upgrade price of £35.00

Terms & Conditions

Please note that for all orders delivered on our preferred date delivery service we are unable to cancel an order or refund a customer until 48 hours after your preferred delivery date, only then is your delivery classed as late.

This does NOT apply to our guaranteed date time critical service which is a fully guaranteed date specific service

Please inspect your goods thoroughly on arrival and also note that tree sizes can be 1' either way of your chosen height. Once your tree has been signed for we are unable to resend or replace.

Please make sure you pre-arrange a delivery time with our team if you require otherwise a definitive time cannot be guaranteed.

On guaranteed deliveries you will need to be present for delivery to take place. An order is only classed as late after 48 hours after your guaranteed date.
