Delivery, terms and conditions
 
Delivery of large Christmas trees is a specialist job and requires careful handling & delivery expertise.  Our experience allows us to provide the right delivery service for large Christmas trees throughout the UK.

All prices include free mainland UK delivery on our standard PREFERRED DATE delivery service. Simply:

  •  Place your order online
  • Select a suitable delivery date to receive your tree
  • Most trees arrive on the day you have selected; however, this cannot be a guaranteed service. We reserve the right to deliver your tree within seven working days of your preferred delivery date.
  • It may be possible to guarantee delivery of your trees for a specific date. However there is a surcharge applied by our carriers on the delivery charge, which would be passed on. For further deatails please call in and speak to one of our advisers. See terms & conditions below.*
  • You do not have to be present to receive the tree on delivery but the risk is entirely yours if the tree is left in the open by our couriers. Should we have to re-deliver a tree due to the customer not being present, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Guaranteed Date Delivery
  • Tree deliveries may be able to be upgraded to our GUARANTEED DATE DELIVERY service. However there are surcharges applied, please see the details below:
  • Simply place your order online or over the telephone
  • Select a suitable delivery date
  • We Will Then Freshly Cut, Net And Dispatch Your Tree The Day of shipping. To be with you by your chosen date.
  • Your Tree Will Be Delivered by Your Chosen Date
  • You will need to be there to receive the tree
  • Our  Delivery Team Will Deliver Your Tree To Your door (front of building only).
  • They will then leave you to erect and decorate your fresh cut real tree!
  • This service can may be able to be provided on all trees subject to availability and surcharge.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that for all orders delivered on our preferred date delivery service we are unable to cancel an order within 48 hours of the quoted preferred delivery date. While every effort will be made to deliver in time for your preferred date we will only refund a customer if their order has not been delivered after the  close of business on the 23rd of December, only after this date will your order be considered late and refundable.  This does NOT apply to our guaranteed date service which is (subject to availability and conditions) a guaranteed date specific service

Please inspect your goods thoroughly on arrival and also note that tree sizes can be 6" either way of your chosen height. Once your tree has been signed for we are unable to resend or replace.

Tracking your order & taking delivery

You can track your order by contacting our third party couriers and quoting your unique reference code. Unfortunately a definitive delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

On guaranteed deliveries you will need to be present for delivery to take place. An order is only classed as late after 3 working days after your guaranteed date. Under certain conditions beyond our control such as adverse weather, riot or strikes etc we are unable to guarantee your delivery date irrespective of which service is chosen, in such circumstances a refund will be provided as detailed in respect of our preferred date service..
