Delivering large Christmas trees requires specialist vehicles, experienced handlers and careful logistical planning. Our team has extensive experience delivering large Christmas trees throughout mainland UK.

How Delivery Works

1. Place your order online.

2. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

3. Our team will schedule your delivery and prepare your tree for transport.

4. Your tree will be delivered to the front of your property or building.

Preferred Delivery Dates

When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery date.

We always aim to deliver your tree on or before the date requested. However, due to the size of these trees and the specialist transport required, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

In some cases, particularly during busy periods or when planning regional delivery routes, we may need to amend your requested delivery date. If this is necessary, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.

Delivery Requirements

Large trees require specialist vehicles and handling equipment. Before ordering, please ensure:

• There is suitable access for delivery vehicles.

• Any site restrictions are communicated to us in advance.

• Someone is available to assist with site access if required.

Please note that delivery is to the front of the property or building only unless otherwise agreed.

Receiving Your Tree

You do not need to be present for delivery if suitable instructions have been provided. However, once the tree has been delivered to the agreed location, responsibility for the tree passes to the customer.

We recommend inspecting your tree upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
