Standard Delivery

• Delivery charges from £5–£40, depending on the size and weight of your order.

• Available throughout mainland UK.

• Select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Saturday Delivery

• Delivery charges from £7.50–£75, depending on the size and weight of your order.

• Select a Saturday delivery date at checkout where available.

Free Delivery Promotions

• Decorations and lights qualify for free delivery when you spend over £50.

• Tree orders exceeding 1,200kg qualify for free delivery.

Choosing Your Delivery Date

During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date.

We always aim to deliver your order on or before your requested date. However, due to the specialist nature of Christmas tree deliveries and the use of third-party carriers, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

For larger trees or deliveries to certain locations, we may need to adjust your delivery date in order to create an efficient delivery route. If this becomes necessary, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Courier Delays

Trees under 12ft are typically delivered using our courier network. While we dispatch all orders in time to meet the selected delivery date, occasional delays within the courier network can occur and are unfortunately outside our control.

To minimise the impact of any unexpected delays, we recommend selecting a delivery date a few days before you need your tree installed wherever possible.

Large Tree Deliveries

Deliveries of larger Christmas trees require specialist handling and transport.

• Trees between 10ft and 20ft are delivered using specialist delivery services.

Receiving Your Delivery

Our delivery service is to the front of the property or building only.

You do not need to be present to receive your order if suitable delivery instructions have been provided. However, if an item is left at your request, responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been completed.

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
